Is this a subscription?

No. The currently listed packs are one-time prepaid page-credit purchases. Your available credits decrease as document pages are successfully processed.

Can I process documents from any source?

No. You must have the rights or authorization needed to submit every document. Promo Extractor does not provide web scraping or unauthorized access to third-party data.

What happens when processing fails?

Failed jobs can be retried, and credits reserved for a job that ultimately fails are restored according to the service policy.
