1. Refund eligibility
You may request a refund for a prepaid page-credit pack within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been consumed. This policy applies to the one-time Starter, Pro, and Business packs listed on our pricing page.
2. Credits that have been used
Once processing credits from a pack have been consumed, that pack is generally non-refundable. We may review exceptional requests individually where required by law or where a verified service issue prevented reasonable use of the software.
3. Failed processing jobs
A failed processing job is not treated as a successful use of the service. Credits reserved for a job that ultimately fails are restored to the customer account according to the service workflow.
4. How to request a refund
Contact support@promoextractor.com with your account email, purchase details, and the reason for the request. When Paddle checkout is enabled, buyers may also use Paddle's buyer support channels for billing assistance.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment method and financial institution.
6. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under local law.
