1. Supplier
Promo Extractor is the supplier brand responsible for the Promo Extractor software service ("Promo Extractor", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the service. For legal, billing, or product correspondence, contact support@promoextractor.com.
2. Product description
Promo Extractor is software that converts customer-authorized retail promotional documents into structured product and price data. Supported documents include promotional flyers, grocery flyers, retail catalogs, pharmacy catalogs, electronics catalogs, and wholesale price lists.
Depending on the document and selected processing workflow, deliverables may include structured JSON records, formatted Excel workbooks, HTML review files, product names, promotional prices, normal prices, categories, page positions, validation flags, and correction metadata.
3. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Prepaid page credits
Promo Extractor currently offers one-time prepaid page-credit packs. One page credit covers one processed document page. Available pack sizes, prices, and included deliverables are listed on the pricing page. Credits may be reserved when a processing job is created and consumed when processing succeeds. Credits reserved for a job that ultimately fails are restored according to the service workflow.
5. Payments
When checkout is enabled, payments may be processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle may handle payment collection, applicable tax, receipts, and certain buyer-support functions. Additional terms presented during checkout may apply. Until checkout is enabled, this website does not collect payments.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights provided under applicable law.
7. Authorized use
You may use Promo Extractor only for lawful business purposes and only to process documents you have the rights or authorization to submit. You must review extracted outputs before relying on them for operational, commercial, or analytical decisions.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use Promo Extractor to:
- process documents or data you are not authorized to access or submit;
- collect third-party data through unauthorized scraping or access;
- process identity documents, personal records, legal documents, medical records, confidential employment records, or general office scans;
- infringe intellectual-property, privacy, confidentiality, or other third-party rights;
- upload malicious files, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls; or
- use the service in violation of applicable law.
9. Customer data
You retain your rights in uploaded documents and generated outputs. You grant us permission to process uploaded documents solely as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Service availability and beta changes
Promo Extractor may change as the product develops. We may update supported formats, limits, processing workflows, prices, or features. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free extraction.
11. Output review
Automated extraction can produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in pricing, purchasing, reporting, customer-facing content, or other business decisions.
12. Intellectual property
Promo Extractor and its software, branding, website content, and related materials remain our property or the property of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the software or permit copying, reverse engineering, resale, or unauthorized distribution.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Promo Extractor is provided on an "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages resulting from use of the service or reliance on extracted outputs.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product develops. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
