Service Scope

Promo Extractor provides software for extracting structured product and price data from retail promotional flyers, retail catalogs, pharmacy catalogs, electronics catalogs, grocery flyers, and wholesale price lists.

Unsupported Documents

Customers must not use the service for legal documents, identity documents, contracts, invoices, personal records, confidential employment records, medical records, or general office scans.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the documents they upload, the rights needed to process them, and the review of extracted data before using it for business decisions.

Credits and Billing

Paid plans may use prepaid page credits. Credits can be reserved when a document is submitted and consumed when processing succeeds. Failed jobs may be retried or refunded according to the active service policy.

Beta Availability

The service may change during beta. Features, supported formats, quality tiers, pricing, and processing limits can be updated as the product develops.

Refunds

Refund handling depends on the active checkout and support policy at the time of purchase. Before live payments are enabled, no payment is collected on this static website.
