This Privacy Policy describes how Promo Extractor handles personal information and customer data when you visit the website or use the retail document extraction software.
2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, password-derived authentication data, and account status.
- Uploaded retail documents: flyers, catalogs, price lists, and related files you submit for processing.
- Generated outputs: extracted product records, price data, categories, review files, and processing metadata.
- Usage information: page-credit activity, job status, technical logs, and security events.
- Support communications: messages you send when requesting product, billing, or technical help.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate the extraction software, process authorized retail documents, provide downloads, manage page credits, secure accounts, diagnose failures, improve service reliability, and respond to support requests.
4. Payment processing
When checkout is enabled, payment information will be handled by Paddle as merchant of record. Promo Extractor does not store complete payment-card details. Paddle's own privacy terms apply to the information it processes.
5. Document scope and authorization
Promo Extractor is intended for customer-authorized retail promotional documents. Do not submit identity documents, personal records, legal documents, medical records, confidential employment records, or any file you do not have the right to process.
6. Retention and deletion
Uploaded documents and generated outputs may be retained for up to 30 days after processing to support downloads, troubleshooting, and service reliability. Customers may request deletion earlier. Some account, billing, and security records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or operational purposes.
7. Service providers
We may use hosting, infrastructure, payment, and model-processing providers to operate Promo Extractor. They process information only as needed to deliver their services or satisfy applicable legal obligations.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Applicable law may provide additional rights depending on your location.
